Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Smith County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Full-time, day shift.
