Track-type tractor operator • Hamilton County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Hamilton County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. The role involves operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain 5+ years on the tools preferred.
