Vacancy available: earthmoving plant operator (Nebraska)

Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Grant County, Nebraska. You will be based at a stone quarry. Your main tasks: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
