Assembly operator — Allen County

Join our team: we are hiring an assembly operator in Allen County, Kansas. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. The role involves: • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
