Rigger — Hidalgo County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigger in Hidalgo County, Texas. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Your main tasks: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Six days a week, one day off.
