Steam press operator — Christian County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Christian County, Illinois. The role involves: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
