Garment presser — Herefordshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment presser in Herefordshire, England. The role involves meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings We offer £13 per hour plus benefits.
