Great opportunity: we are hiring a sample machinist in Cumberland County, Kentucky. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Day-to-day duties: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
