Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Island County, Washington. What we are looking for: • Willing to travel between sites • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On the job you will handle: • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
