Vacancy available: surface coating operator (Arkansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Garland County, Arkansas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
