Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Newton County, Mississippi. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Day to day you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
