Urgent requirement: kitchenhand (Nebraska)

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Madison County, Nebraska. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time with occasional weekends.
