Great opportunity: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Walworth County, Wisconsin. The role involves box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
