RCC mason — Imperial County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a RCC mason in Imperial County, California. The job is at an infrastructure site. Your main tasks: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
