Kitchen cook — Stone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Stone County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat 5+ years on the tools preferred.
