What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection The role involves compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools.
