Paint booth operator — Schuyler County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Schuyler County, Illinois. The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred.
