Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
