Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage The role involves: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator Full-time with occasional weekends.
