Great opportunity: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Gadsden County, Florida. Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Able to read load charts and lifting plans On a typical shift you will set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; work out the load weight and the lifting radius.
