You will apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Full-time with occasional weekends.
