Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Athens County, Ohio. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
