Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in McCracken County, Kentucky. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 6+ years on the tools preferred. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
