Scullery hand — Grant County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Grant County, South Dakota. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
