Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Surulere, Oyo State. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. You will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Part-time with flexible hours.
