You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
