Now hiring: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Mbo, Akwa Ibom State. Your main tasks: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits 4+ years on the tools preferred.
