Backhoe loader operator — Skagit County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Skagit County, Washington. The job is at a plant hire yard. On the job you will handle: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket You should have: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Full-time with occasional weekends.
