Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Scott County, Tennessee. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
