Rigging foreman — Colquitt County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Colquitt County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket On a typical shift you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
