Formwork erector wanted in Austin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork erector in Austin County, Texas. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Your main tasks: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Rotating shifts.
