Sheet metal welder — Montgomery County

Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Montgomery County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day to day you will clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
