PVC window assembler • Koochiching County, Minnesota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Koochiching County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine The role involves: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $15 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
