Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding The role involves: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Full-time, day shift.
