Electrostatic spray painter — Potter County

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Potter County, Texas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
