Immediate opening: bulldozer operator (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in DeSoto County, Mississippi. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) The role involves grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
