Fry cook wanted in Barbour County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Barbour County, West Virginia. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
