Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
