Vacancy available: VMC operator (Arizona)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Graham County, Arizona. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
