Kitchen cook — Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Union County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 6+ years on the tools preferred.
