Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Wakulla County, Florida. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
