Join our team: we are hiring a carpenter in Barrow County, Georgia. The job is at a shopfitting company. The role involves: • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level Requirements: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Six days a week, one day off.
