Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Rotating shifts.
