Immediate opening: painter and decorator (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Glades County, Florida. You will work at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage On the job you will handle: • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
