Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Hamilton County, Illinois. The job is on residential new-build sites. What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Day to day you will erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
