Immediate opening: press operator (Tennessee)

Join our team: we are hiring a press operator in Putnam County, Tennessee. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. The role involves: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Record output and downtime on the production sheet Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
