Vacancy available: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Karu, Nasarawa State. Requirements: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Day-to-day duties: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
