Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Mobile County, Alabama. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time, day shift.
