Gang bricklayer — Johnson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Johnson County, Missouri. The role involves buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
