Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads The role involves: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
